Q-WIN™ is at the heart of our customer flow solutions and controls the customer flow logistics, hardware components and management information storage. Q-WIN™ allows managers to monitor the actual status of customer flow operation. Essential information like waiting and transaction times are presented in an easy to read web-enabled format. Managers can receive instant warnings if waiting times exceed or fall below pre-set values, enabling workstation manning to be rescheduled immediately, thereby promptly correcting the situation. When managers are not at their desk they can still receive such alerts using extensions like Q-WIN™ Mail and Q-WIN™ Pager.
Q-WIN is packaged with a set of the most widely used reports. These can be manual or automatically generated and provide essential data necessary for making the right decisions for improving your customer flow operations. When more features like multi site, web-based technology and analytical options are required we refer to the Q-MATIC Management Portal™.
Q-WIN™ can be linked to most network systems such as TCP/IP. All network communication is secured using 128-bit encryption! For integration purposes we provide Q-WIN™ API, making it possible for other applications to communicate with Q-WIN™ and therefore releasing the power of Q-WIN™ to other systems.
There are several important options available for Q-WIN™ like the Q-WIN Pager™ and the Q-WIN™ Mail mentioned earlier. Another important option to mention is Q-WIN™ Voice, providing a play- back facility of pre-recorded sound messages. This can be used when calling customers to the correct workstation or when informing customers of the documents they should have ready. Messages can be played back in any spoken language to different groups of people in bilingual areas. The message can be changed or edited whenever necessary and can be played wherever it is needed; at a kiosk or over a PA system.
