Q-MATIC Calendar™ is a seamless integrated appointment module in Q-WIN™,  making it the ultimate solution for both booking appointments as well as handling customers with appointments on arrival.

Appointments are an essential part of customer flow management with benefits for both the customers as well as your own organization. Customers can make appointments at their convenience giving them the option of fitting in the visit to their own agenda. They are called at the appointed time upon arrival, significantly reducing their, and your organization’s overall waiting times.

Because you define how many appointments can be made using the
Q-MATIC Calendar™ you know which customer has arrived when and for which service you have control over incoming workloads and therefore the ability to optimize your staff levels.

There are several options for booking appointments such as a call centre,  at any reception or counter or at a self service kiosk. It is also  possible to book appointments over internet with the Q-MATIC Internet Calendar™ extension. This additional application makes it possible for customers to book appointments 24 hours a day and provides automatic e-mail confirmation for each appointment made.

Important added value of the Q-MATIC Calendar™ includes its seamless integration with Q-WIN™ software through which we not only provide an appointment schedule system but also an appointment customer handling system. Appointment arrivals are identified as such at either a reception or self service kiosk. Automatic identification is made possible by using electronic cards using appointment confirmation cards e.g. pre printed with bar codes. Automatic alerts are then sent to the appropriate staff informing them of the customer’s arrival.

Alerts are also automatically generated when appointment times are exceeded and can be distributed using Q-WIN™ Mail and Q-WIN™ Pager.
