The SMS Interface allows the user to send SMS messages (wireless text messages) from a Q-WIN™ or Q-MATIC Solo™ system to GSM mobile phones.
The SMS Interface consists of a system interface and a GSM modem. The package includes all units and cables needed to send SMS messages. SIM card not included.
The SMS Interface can be used to:
- Send alarms by SMS to staff or management when waiting times or other pre-set values exceed the limits set in Q-WIN™ or Q-MATIC Solo™.
- Receive automatic notifications by SMS when a customer has arrived for his or her appointment.
- Send SMS messages to customers informing them of the number of customers waiting ahead of them in a queue.
