How a Q-MATIC Direct™
system works
The system works in two modes - Direct Mode and Ticket Mode. The Direct Mode™ shows a counter number and guides the customer directly to that counter and can easily be used in combination with an existing rope system. Q-MATIC Direct™'s LED display uses an arrow and number to guide the first customer in line.
The Ticket Mode is for businesses that use pre-printed tickets to direct their customer traffic. The Q-MATIC Direct™ system shows the latest ticket number called. More displays can be added to the system as workstation displays or main displays.
