Standard package
• Unlimited access to our toll-free Support Center from 7am – 8pm ET, M-F and after hours support for critical issues
• Priority case handling and guaranteed service levels
• Service packs are included
• Two free system configuration changes
• One remote 1-hour refresher training webinar per year
HARDWARE AGREEMENTS
Hardware package
• Onsite repair service
• Priority client technical support
• The hands-on experience of Qmatic certified technicians
• Express delivery replacement for failed equipment
• Same or newer condition for hardware replacement
