Retail Banking at Turbulent Times

Q-Matic will be a key speaker at the 6th Annual CEE Retail Banking event in Vienna this year. At the conference, Q-Matic will also have the opportunity to show its solutions for Customer Flow Management (CFM) to Heads of Retail Banking from all over Europe.

Q-Matic's CFM expert Alistair Agnew (right) will give a presentation on how CFM has completely transformed the customer experience and improved efficiencies at banks such as HSBC and Lloyds TSB.

How to assure customer loyalty

Topics that will be explored throughout the event include retail banking products and business strategy during a financial crisis, and how to remain profitable and successful at times of economical downturn.

There will also be discussions around a new retail banking business model, and how to assure customer loyalty. The importance of branch banking, and how to assure effectiveness in a multi-channel environment will also be addressed.

About the speaker

As Chief Marketing Officer of Q-MATIC AB, Alistair Agnew leads an international team with the aim of improving communications, leading global product launches and increasing sales competence at every one of Q-Matic's offices across the world. Prior to his current role, Alistair ran the company's UK Operations as CEO of Q-Matic UK. Before that he spent seven years as Sales Director of UK's Qm Group and trebled the size of the business prior to it merging with Q-Matic.

Other speakers at the Vienna event include the President of BNP Paribas Vostok Bank, Russia and Heads of Retail Banking at EFG Eurobank Greece and MKB Bank Hungary.
