Finding CFM in every corner of the world
2/2/2010
In order to make Customer Flow Management (CFM) available to even more forward thinking clients around the world, Q-Matic has signed a number of new partnership agreements.
Turkey, Ghana and the Ivory Coast are only some countries that can expect strengthened support and presence by Q-Matic. Other areas are Uzbekistan and Switzerland with the new distributor Kilchenmann AG now covering the area along with long time partner Prema Gmbh.
“As the world leader in our field, we are constantly looking to strengthen our position; but equally important is our mission to make CFM accessible at every corner of the world,” said Michael Hallén, CEO of Q-Matic AB. “We currently have a presence in 110 countries and it’s important for us to keep supporting new and expansive businesses with CFM solutions.
“Through our new partners we have found the right local expertise and experience to help our clients’ deliver high quality customer service in their countries,” he said.
Uzbekistan and Turkey
“Our new partner in Uzbekistan, Billur, will primarily help support the finance and telecommunications markets with our CFM solutions,” Michael Hallén said.
In Turkey, Q-Matic is establishing a liaison office in order to meet the increased demand in the area. Q-Matic has also appointed a new distributor in the country, 3-D Bilism.
“Serving as a gateway between the East and West, Turkey is one of the most important markets in Eurasia,” said Michael Hallén. “With around 2,500 Q-Matic installations in Turkey, our clients there are mostly in the finance sector,” he said. “We believe our new liaison office will help support our clients but also all the new businesses in the area.”
Ghana’s new distributor is Integrated Risk Management while the Ivory Coast is being covered by Netcom Afrique.
