Quality
Using a quality management system means that our activities are based on client requirements. Our clients often insist on getting the highest quality - and so they should. Qmatic was ISO 9001 certified in 1996 and awarded for quality management including customer focus, process orientation and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
We continuously review our quality management policy, both for our products and our business.
All our staff work in accordance with this policy, which means that we all strive for continuous improvements in quality when serving clients and working with partners.
Environment
Qmatic takes the environment seriously. Our policy ensures that
whenever possible, we use the most environmentally friendly alternatives in our manufacturing.
We also look to our partners and suppliers to have an equally strong environmental approach, monitoring their methods and as much as possible working with companies with ISO 14001 certificates.
Of course our CFM solutions promote a greener way of working as they are mostly web based and thus enable working from just about anywhere. Most of our systems can be configured over the web, saving us from sending engineers to customer sites and thereby sparing the planet’s resources. We also help banks and local authorities facilitate shared services, meaning better use of space and less use of gas and electricity. The result is less impact on the environment.
